If you listened to the Season 1 finale, you heard us say it.

If you want to move outside the podcast itself, something is coming.

This is it.

We created this space because twelve episodes taught us that the conversation doesn't end when the episode does. You've been writing to us, dropping your three words in the comments, sitting with questions that don't resolve neatly. We wanted a place to meet you there, between seasons, between episodes, between the version of yourself you're leaving and the one you're still figuring out.

Tools. Letters. Honest company in the in-between. That's what this is.

What's happening right now

Season 1, The Unraveling, is complete. Twelve episodes about who you are when the roles fall away.

Between now and Season 2, we're not going dark. The bridge episodes, The Straight Pour, are short and stripped down, just the two of us, one pour, one question per episode. Following that, The Summer Pour, lighter seasonal episodes running through August.

Season 2, The Reconstruction, launches September 8.

The Pour is where we'll be through all of it.

Where we're taking the work

On May 19, we're taking the work off the podcast and into a room.

We're facilitating the first session in a four-part series for TITAN Executive Network, a community of Black executive women. The series is called A TITAN Reckoning: Owning the Moment. Session 1 sits with the question underneath every transition: who are you when the title is gone? Sign up here, if you’d like to be in the room.

Not who you were. Not who you're becoming. Who you are right now, when the calendar clears and the role stops doing the work of telling you.

That's the question The After Chapter was built around. It's the question we'll be sitting with on Monday. We'll bring back what we learn.

What to expect here

Not a flood of emails. What you'll get is honest, occasional, and useful: reflections between episodes, tools from the conversations we're having inside and outside the podcast, and early access to what we're building for Season 2.

You signed up because something in this show named something you'd been carrying. We're glad you're here.

More soon.
